Microsoft Windows* 2000 has separate installation drivers (324_W2K_MP.EXE) and runtime drivers (328_W2K_OSM.EXE). The installation driver is only used to install the Windows 2000 OS to a RAID volume or passthrough drive and must be replaced by the runtime driver after OS installation.
These files are for Global Build 3.24 and 3.28 (328_W2K_OSM.EXE) for the Intel® Server RAID Controller U2-1 (SRCU21).
Attention: The latest firmware for these drivers must also be updated when using these drivers. Please update the firmware on the SRCU21 before updating the Windows 2000 drivers. It is also recommended that the latest Windows 2000 Utilities be updated after installing these drivers.
