Description:
This is the 32bit version of Dell Power Manager (DPM) which provides power management for Dell Business Client Platforms running
Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 Operating Systems. DPM includes:
- Battery Information and power/battery management
- Dell customized power plans and extensions
- Notifications for Power Alerts

Instructions:
Download
1. Click the Download Now link to download the file.
2. When the File Download window appears, click Save to save the file to your hard drive.
Installation
1. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and double-click the new file.
2. Read over the release information presented in the dialog window.
3. Download and install any prerequisites identified in the dialog window before proceeding.
4. Click the Install button.
5. Follow the remaining prompts to perform the update.
Extraction of Update Package Files
1. Double-click the downloaded DUP.
2. Click the Extract without Installing option.
3. Specify a folder location where you want to extract the installer.
4. Click OK. The files are extracted to the location you specify
