Get the driver package onto your notebook.
1. Download the .EXE file onto the target notebook.

Run the executable
1. Execute it (for example, double-click ZT10001T.EXE).

Follow the instructions
1. Read the README.TXT file for instructions. The self-extracting executable will guide you through the installation.

Use the appropriate BIOS driver for your particular series.
Path is http://www.hp.com/cpos/port/software.html. Enter your particular notebook series name. Follow the links to BIOS.

In general, click Start, Programs, Settings, and Add/Remove Programs to remove each application.
Delete all directories created and restart before reinstalling.
