Installation Verification (Optional)
Please follow the steps below to verify that the Intel® DOS Ethernet Driver was successfully copied to the diskette.
If it has been removed, reinsert the diskette back into the floppy disk drive.
Click "Start", point to "Find", and select "Files or Folders".
At the "Find: All Files" box, in the "Named:" field, type
E100B.DOS.
In the "Look in:" field, click the drop-down arrow and select "3½ Floppy (A:)".
Verify that "Include subfolders" is selected and click "Find Now".
Verify that the "E100b.dos" (or "E100b", depending on your display settings) file is listed in the search results section below.
NOTE: If the E100B.DOS file is not found, redownload and reinstall the ENET413A.EXE file.
Click the "X" in the top-right corner to close the "Find: Files named E100B.DOS" box.
NOTE: If it is necessary to run the ENET413A.EXE utility again, you will need to first remove the "ENET413A.EXE" installation files. To do so, follow these steps:
If it has been removed, reinsert the diskette back into the floppy disk drive.
Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the ENET413A.EXE to begin the uninstallation.
At the "Intel DOS Ethernet Driver - InstallShield Wizard" box, click "Next".
NOTE: Several setup boxes will appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically.
At the "Welcome" setup screen, select "Remove" and then click "Next".
At the "Confirm File Deletion" box, click "OK" to remove all components.
NOTE: Please wait as the installation files are removed.
At the "Maintenance Complete" screen, click "Finish".
The uninstallation is complete. You may now redownload and rerun the ENET413A.EXE file.
