This package provides the driver for the Intel Rapid Start Technology is supported on Inspiron 5423 running the following Windows operating systems: Windows 7.

1) Download the self-extracting file to your hard drive.
2) Execute the downloaded file by double-clicking on it.
3) Click "OK" to allow program make chages to your computer.

4) Click "OK" to extract the files to their default location.
