Before installing this update, follow the steps below to uninstall the original version of the DV Shared Library:
Click Start, point to Settings, and click Control Panel.
At the "Control Panel" window, double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
At the "Add/Remove Program" box, in the list of "Currently installed programs," click the "Sony DV Shared Library" entry to highlight it.

NOTE: If the Sony DV Shared Library is not listed, it has already been uninstalled. Click OK to close the "Add/Remove Program Properties" box and then skip to step L.
Click the Change/Remove button. The Sony DV Shared Library Setup program will launch.
At the "Confirm File Deletion" box, click OK to remove all of the components.
If a "Shared File Detected" box appears, click the check box next to "Don't display this message again" (to check it) and then click Yes.
At the "Sony DV Shared Library Setup" message box, click OK.
Click Start and click Shut Down.
At the "Shut Down Windows" box, select "Restart" (if it isn't already selected)

This utility updates the Sony® DV Shared Library.
