Instructions:
Download the SOQ4324BGL.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the SOQ4324BGL.EXE file to begin the installation.
The program will verify your computer model and the version of the VAIO Support Agent software before continuing with the update.
At the "VAIOSupportUpgradeAgent" box, click Yes to continue with the installation.
Please wait as the program updates the VAIO Support Agent application.
NOTE: If a "Microsoft® Visual C++ Debug Library" box appears during installation, click Abort. The VAIO Support Agent Upgrade Utility will then continue installation.
After the update has completed, the VAIO Support Agent icon will appear in the System Tray of the Microsoft® Windows® operating system Taskbar.
